Long ride + bike: hills Repeat at vista + T2 brick
Distance: 45-50 miles. Speed: 18 to 22 mph Details: after one loop to the city of weston, we're going to hit the hills at vista View park. After 10 hills repts , we ride back to panna for a short brick. Run distance: 1.5 mile. Free charge !!!!
